Yes. JTC provides delivery across Sri Lanka through two main delivery arrangements. Colombo and surrounding areas: Scheduled in-house delivery is normally completed within 1–3 working days, subject to stock and route availability. Outstation areas: Delivery is usually completed within 2–3 working days after courier handover. Saturdays, Sundays, Poya days and public or national holidays are excluded.

Cash on delivery is available on most eligible products within Colombo and selected surrounding areas through our scheduled in-house delivery service. Outstation orders are dispatched on a prepaid basis. After full payment confirmation, the order moves through checking, protective packing, customer-detail labelling, parcel-photo sharing, courier handover and tracking. Product eligibility and the available payment method are confirmed before the order is finalised.

For urgent requirements, contact our team before ordering so we can confirm stock, product size and the fastest practical option. When stock is available and payment has been confirmed, a customer-arranged pickup may sometimes be possible on the same working day. Outstation orders move through an organised process covering order confirmation, payment confirmation, product checking, protective packing, customer-detail labelling, packed-parcel photographs, courier handover and tracking. Tracking information is shared after dispatch, and customers can follow their order through our Track Your Order page.

Yes. Store collection is available from our two Colombo-area branches, subject to stock confirmation. Branch hours are normally Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Please call before visiting to confirm stock.

Online card payments are accepted through the secure website checkout. Customers may also make an online bank transfer to the JTC company account. Cash and card payments are accepted at our branches. Cash on delivery is available on most eligible orders within Colombo and selected surrounding areas. Outstation orders are processed for dispatch after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Yes. JTC supplies households, retailers, hotels, restaurants, banks, offices, schools, hospitals, factories, embassies, institutions and industrial customers across Sri Lanka. Bulk and project enquiries are welcome. Share your product list, required quantities and delivery location so our team can structure pricing and transport arrangements. Custom-sized storage racks and trolleys are also available on request. Depending on the product, we can customise dimensions, load capacity, shelf configuration, wheel type, platform size and handle design.

Yes. Replacing worn wheels is often more economical than replacing the entire trolley or mobile unit. JTC stocks one of Sri Lanka’s widest caster wheel ranges, including rubber, nylon, polyurethane, thermoplastic rubber, PVC, Teflon, pneumatic, jeep-cut and scaffolding wheels. Tell our team the trolley size, usual load, wheel dimensions and floor surface, and we will recommend a suitable option.

JTC stocks one of Sri Lanka’s widest garbage bin ranges, from compact household and washroom bins to large commercial wheelie bins. Matching heavy-duty garbage bags are available in several sizes for household, office, commercial, wet-waste and dry-waste use.
